If you care to see a picture of Sam @ Intramural Sports please pull up the attached site. A bunch of Soccer Babes got together and from what we read on a forum, Air Force womens soccer coach Marty Buckley was taking a look at the girls. Now for Sam, I think she may have a shot at Lax in the spring.

Note 1:
I saw a discrepancy between the printed time for Noon formation and the blocks on the schedule. The "time" says Formation and Lunch will stretch from 1100 - 1230. The blocks indicate 1130 - 1300. Thus, the formation may be at 1110 or 1140, depending on which is correct.
Note 2: Although it says TAPS is 2100, the Basics will be permitted to watch the fireworks. TAPS will really be after the fireworks are over and they return to their rooms.
OK, moving away from Colorado Springs and coming back to Allen, MD I've got to mention the Allen 4'th of July parade. Now Allen, MD is a small unincorporated village that functions governmentally under the Wicomico County Govt. Were a small little Berg of maybe 400 people. But let me tell you we put on one hell of a parade. Right now Mary Agnes and the rest of the Allen Volunteer Fire Dept. Ladies Auxialiary are at Sam's mothers house practicing their Kazoos. They are and perform as, a Kazoo Band. Now tonight they are introducing the famous Peach Mojito as a way to keep their whistle wet, so to speak.
The parade always features Police, Fire and political types. All the youth ride their decorated bikes, the local chapter of Buffalo Soldiers parade as well as a sports and antique car club. We always have a few family floats also. This being a big election year, everyone running for anything will be in the parade.
The parade ends at the village hall, maintained by the local Lions Club, for food and a community softball game. You also will always find the Methodist Church Women selling one thing or another to raise some much needed money. It is truly an Eastern Shore experience.
Oh, by the way, I'm the Treasurer of the Ladies Auxiliary. And no, Pink is not my color! Mary Agnes volunteered me. I'll try and get a picture or two from the parade tomorrow.
OK, time for a Silver Bullett and some of the O's game. Good Night, Love ya all!!!!!!!!!
Happy 4'th
