Back to Reality

Here we are back from the Vinyard and settled into the tiny little house in the village of Allen, MD. The trip back on the ferry was a Disney ride. Quite an event for several on the boat who seemed to hug the rail and just watch the water, or air beneath the boat. as the case may be. Were we in Disney they surely would have charged for the ride.

The car ride home, eight hours, started with Thunderstorms and torrential rains in NYC and continued throughout the trip. We had our usually stop at NJTPK exit 5 Cracker Barrel for dinner.

It was good to get into our own house, Bailey, our 6 year old black cat was quite pleased to see us. Ms. Gracie next door had been feeding her on the porch while we were gone. She seemed no worse for the wear from the experience. So much for Pet Palace and $10.00 a day in the future.

When we awoke we observed that our guests, Andreas, Nattalie and 5 year old Lina had arrived from Germany and were out in the annex fast asleep. They awoke and had breakfast, bacon, eggs and water mellon with plenty of coffee, now they are off shopping.

M.A. is off to the store also, burgers on the grill tonight. Will have Jeff, Kathy and Abby over also. Sarah in VA Beach, Tommy and Ray with their father tonight. Tommy and Abby in Rodeo Bible Camp this week.

I'll post Sam's schedule then get some work, feed birds, chickens, weed garden etc. done and chat later. See Ya!!!!!!!!!!
