 The Early September Rooster report:

As many of you are aware Zed graduated flight school on August 11, 2014 and will be flying the E-3 AWACS which is the Boeing 707 frame. The photo below pictures an AWACS being refueled in flight.  It's also nice to report that Samantha and the girls will be joining Zed at Tinker, AFB outside Oklahoma City, OK.  Samantha has also recieved PCS orders to Tinker. The move should take place in mid November. Prior to Zed going to Tinker he will spend time in SERE school in Washington state  at Fairchild AFB,

Mary Agnes and I got out of Dodge a few weeks ago and headed north. We spent a night outside of Elmira, NY and then traveled along Seneca Lake through New York's wine country to Buffalo and Niagara Falls.

One of the famous Diners, Drive Inns and Dives, in Buffalo.  I had a Rubin and the Little Lady had a Grilled Tuna and we shared a Peppered fry plate.

A garden at Fort Niagara.
The Falls.

Perched on an old railroad trestle in the middle of the Susquehanna River outside Harrisburg, PA sits a replica of Lady Liberty.

Prior to getting home we made a stop a The Crab Deck on Kent Island for Lunch.

Abby got to see her first SEC football game, Congratulations to MSU on their 49-0 win over Southern Miss.

As most of you know Kathryn and Jeffrey spend a lot of time on the other side of the bay, "across the bridge" as we like to say. They now have a new apartment in the Curtis Bay section of Baltimore and it just happens to have a dock on the water. If you have to be away from home, why rough it, right Kathryn. Jeff currently in DC and he roughs it to Barbados on Monday.

Abby got to see her first SEC football game this past Saturday and State knocked off Southern Miss. 49-0
"HAIL STATE", as the say down there.
